The People's Review Board: Exposing Injustice

MISSION STATEMENT

The People's Review Board is a vehicle for oversight by right-minded Americans who actively engage in exposing dangerous and corrupt public actors and criminals who traffic children in family and juvenile court without accountability.

People's Review Board member is anyone who will review cases of concern and take action to bring exposure and justice to parents and children via sending the story to random Government agencies. There is no such thing as wrong department. Every Public Servant is "One of the People", and should be concern about accountability in his/her department and others!

Make America's children safe.

The Colorado legislature, judiciary, and police are dangerous to communities, especially to children. Custody decisions are entrusted to individual judges who ignore domestic violence, instead of by juries. The result of agencies working together against one or both parents is the aiding and abetting of slavery, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Criminals use the system to exploit individuals, but institutions interested in protecting the innocent pretend to have no clue.

Children have a right to safe parents

Judge-only trials and no-fault divorces promote a "divorce industry" which fills the pockets of judges, lawyers, family investigators, and scores of other who feed off children's tragedy. In Colorado and across the USA safe parents lose their children to abusive ex-partners and to the State.

The Colorado legislature and judiciary sanction incest by returning children to child sexual assault parents and persons designated as parents. In the Memorandum of Procedures, a foster care case management policy guide commissioned by the Colorado Supreme Court in 2003, children are returned to sexual offenders if he/she admits to having committed child sexual abuse.

Under SORNA, (Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act) every state receives federal funds for child sexual offenders ONLY when those offenders are released to communities or have been given custody.

Georgia State Representative Nancy Schafer and her husband died under suspicious circumstances when she wrote a book and spoke to the UN General Assembly about Child Protective Services human trafficking for profit. States receive up to $16,000.00 per month from the United States Social Security System Title-IV, Foster Care and from federal and state block grants. There is only incentive to remove children from their parents and to place them into adoption/foster care placements, not to reunify with parents. Social workers receive incentives to place children in foster care, but NOT to reunify them with biological Family. In fact, the federal government is fueling the whole process.
